QUICK-START INSTRUCTIONS

Secure your plastic bottle to the piece of hose with duct tape

Secure the other end of the hose to your cardboard/paper tube with duct tape

Wrap a sheet of paper around the tube to form the rocket body. Stick the loose end down with glue

Make a ‘cap’ for your rocket from a circle of paper – secure with glue and a layer of tape

Cut out 3 fins from paper, make a small fold along one end of a fin and glue to the rocket body. Repeat with the other fins

Cut out a circle from paper, and make a cut from the edge of the circle to the centre. Pull the cut end around so the circle forms a cone. Secure with glue and glue to the top of your rocket

Find a space to launch your rocket. Weigh the hose down and point the launch tube upwards. Slide your rocket onto the tube – stomp on the plastic bottle and watch your rocket fly!
